We worked in partnership with Cwmtaf Health Board and Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council on our Dan yr Allt project in Rhydfelin, which was built by P&P Builders and Roofing Contractors.
This much needed bungalow was designed to meet the needs of a hospital discharge property with the aim of alleviating hospital bed demand on the NHS and help people move from a hospital setting to an accessible and suitable property, whilst they complete their recovery journey and until they are ready to return to their own home full time or until permanent suitable accommodation is identified for them.
Completed in December 2023, the property is suitable for 1 person and an additional bedroom for a family member or carer to stay with them.
Completed in 2022, Ffordd Llanerch is a mix of 22 new homes in Llanharry built by our contractor partner Willis Construction Ltd.
The project was part funded with Welsh Government Social Housing Grant and was built to achieve Welsh Government Design Quality Requirements.
With support from Welsh Government in 2022 we were able to re purpose a former vacant property in a prominent position within the heart of Treherbert. The project which was part funded with Social Housing Grant delivered 8 apartments, along with staff accommodation, laundry area, training rooms and communal lounge. The project was delivered by our contractor partner P& P Building and Roofing Ltd.
Pobl provide day to day management and support for the scheme and staff are on site 24/7 to provide on site support to residents with the aim of equipping tenants with life skills to move into permanent housing.
Completed in 2022, Cwrt Tafarn saw a complete re purpose of a former brownfield site to create a new community of 26 homes in the village of Cross Inn, Llantrisant.
