We aim to build a minimum of 50 new homes every year. We make sure the homes we build are energy efficient and meet Welsh Governments Beautiful Homes and Places Standards. We are also focused on making sure new homes we build and new communities we create are designed alongside the six principles of good placemaking set out by Design Commission for Wales in their Placemaking Charter.
All of the homes we are building at the moment will be advertised on Rhondda Cynon Taf’s Homefinder system once building works are complete.
