RHA is a Housing Association based in Rhondda Cynon Taff. We are one of the oldest Associations in Wales with over 43 years’ experience of delivering high-quality services to tenants and stakeholders. Our mission is to provide quality homes, regenerate communities and improve lives.
We own and manage more than 2100 homes and properties and provide a range of services for over 3000 people living in our communities. We work in partnership with the Welsh Government and the Local authority to build new homes for rent, delivering a significant proportion of the new affordable housing in the region.
We are one of the area’s largest employers, and our team of 80 staff work with our partners and suppliers to deliver more than just housing. Our holistic approach to our work ensures that we strive to build sustainable communities and improve the lives of those around us.
All our activities are governed by our Board and we are regulated by the Welsh Government.
