Accessing your account 24/7

Registering for your online account means that you have 24/7 access to your tenancy  and can do things at a time that suits you.

To register and access your account, you’ll need access to a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You’ll also need access to the internet and:

  • An email address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your tenancy reference and PIN numbers. If you don’t have these,
    call us on 01443 424200

We have sent every home your unique PIN code and tenancy reference number. If you no longer have this, then call us on 01443 424200 and we will help get you set up.
