As an Influencer you have the chance to volunteer with us to review, influence and change the way we work and the services we provide.
You can attend or run tenant and resident groups in your area.
When / Where
These meetings run or can be set up in your area. They can run as often as you like, if you have enough interest.
Why
These meetings are good chance get to know your neighbours, socialise and share your thoughts on things that are important in your area. You can share your views on how we are doing and share your thoughts on how we can improve.
Who
Any RHA tenant willing and able to attend local meetings.
How
If you want to know more about a group in your area you can talk with your Housing Officer, or our Get Involved team can support with you with setting up a new group.

This group looks at t our tenant feedback and makes suggestions about what we could change, these suggestions are shared with our Tenant Scrutiny Group and our Management Board.
When / Where
The Service Improvement Group meets 6 times a year.
Why
If you have ideas on how we can be better and want to know want other tenants think, this is the perfect group to join. You will get to meet other tenants and discuss important issues.

Our Tenant Scrutiny Group look at our policies and ways of working, as well as all of the suggestions made by the Service Improvement Group. They share their recommendations for change to our Management Board for consideration. This group is vital in ensuring tenants are at the heart of everything we do and they hold us to account.
When / Where
The Tenant Scrutiny Group meet weekly at our office. Occasionally they may attend local/national meetings further afield.
Why
We are committed to listening to the views of tenants and this group works with RHA staff and Management Board to improve services and keep tenants are at the heart of everything we do.
Who
Any RHA tenant are bale to be involved with this group, but first they must have been involved for some time and have received specific training.

When we have a vacancy on our board we advertise it along with the necessary skills, you can choose to apply.
Look out for vacancies on our website and social media. Your application will be subject to a selection process, similar to a job application.
